Well the answer is they are all paintings!
So realistic that it’s practically impossible to tell.

The above still life painting is so realistic that you would think it’s a photograph but it’s like even too realistic for a camera.

I feel he could do a whole series on 3D looking cartoon and video game characters and demand would be very high.
